A few years ago I discovered meditation. I started with Osho's active meditation techniques: Dynamic, Kundalini, Nadabrahma, Nataraj, Mahamudra, Golden Light and so many more…
My life has changed so much since then … and this was only 3 years ago.
As I promissed, once my next step was revealed to me by existence I would come here to update my profile… Well it has happened. After a very beautiful long stay in India, at the Osho Meditation Resort (www.osho.com), meditating and perfecting my skills in Ayurveda Yoga Massage, I went 'touring' through Europe.
I visited a few gorgeous cities like Paris, Amsterdam, Florence, Hamburg, Berlin… I lived for a couple of months in Istanbul and and then for a few weeks in England. Now I am in Hamburg again organising my posibilities and trying to find my way.
